New heavy duty high-voltage equipment
IPPT is engaged into development of the heavy duty high-voltage power sources for electrotechnics with specific characteristics 10 kg/kW intended to operate as a part of pulse current generators.
IPPT traditionally develops electrical equipment providing electrotechnics. So far, the new power sources, chargers of capacitive energy storages, pulse current generators are developed.
New power high-voltage pulse current generators have a block design, thus allowing to change their components arrangement to meet the Clients' requirements.
The compact-size pulse current generator (PCG) with energy in a pulse 5 kJ, pulse repetition frequency 2 Hz, working voltage 50 kV, and overall sizes 1500õ450õ750 is created.
The PCGs with higher capacities and the PCGs operating with several channels can be created on the basis of the previously developed generator modules.
PCG operating modes are UÍ=50 kV; ÐÍ=Wf=10 kW.
Due to the use of new chargers, mass dimensions of reactive elements of the developed PCG are 20 fold decreased, and mass dimensions of the whole PCG - 6 fold.
Comparative characteristics
of the developed and the standard serial prototype (TU16-513.340-80)
On the basis of these developments the parametric series of power sources for high-voltage technologies with the power range from 10 to 100kW and voltage from 5 to 50kV are being created.
